I was going to return but my son likes it and was able to solve problem. Handle bars kept moving and couldn’t get any tighter, bolt was rounding off but we found another one that worked. Also came with a couple of scratches but my son didn’t want me to swap it.

Foam tires not rubber
The tyres are foam and not inflatable. The foam is very soft and this makes the scooter very slow and hard to ride. The rear brake barely slows the scooter. Otherwise the construction is pretty solid.
